Delivery & Pricing & Returns Information

Delivery Cost & Delivery Timings:


Minimum cost of delivery for orders is £7.50 which includes vat. *

For orders that require NO print or embroidered finish, please allow up to 5-7 working days delivery. 

Order that require either print or embroidery finish, please discuss delivery expectations when placing any order, and please refer to our Print Price and Embroidery Price at the bottom on the home page for some idea of our finish and delivery time capacity.  We aim to have any bulk order for printed garments within a 10 day time scale and 14 days for any bulk order embroidery garments.

Note: Blåkläder garments are imported from Sweden and can take up to 7 working days from confirmation of order, to be delivered.

Free Nationwide delivery on all orders of £100 or more, that require no print or embroidered finish, please allow up to 5-7 working days. **

Free Local delivery on all orders over £75.00 in the following postcodes - L1, L2, L3, L8, L12, L14, L17, L19, L20, L21, L23, L24, L32, L33, L34, L36.

* Mainland UK only, excludes Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery into these regions is £20.00 and delivery could take longer, this additional cost is beyond our control.


Delivery & Returns:

Launching the JFM product range and service as we all face the challenges of Covid-19, will mean as a new company, we need to see a pattern of orders to enable a more scheduled delivery process, we are aiming for orders received during the working week, Monday to Friday, will be processed within 48 hours, and we aim for delivery within 5 to 7 working days

There could be additional delays due to the Covid-19 situation, so we ask for your patience and understating during these times should any supply chain disruption occur.

Weekend orders will be processed on the Monday after any order placed, including Monday Bank Holidays

For returns, please complete a returns form as highlighted within our returns information, located  at the bottom right hand side of the JFM homepage.

There are some items which we are unable to return process, including face masks, also items that could impact on health and hygiene, so for underwear and swimwear, no exchange or refunds are available unless the product and packaging are intact from the point of delivery. We will however try to provide solutions for most cases when this may occur. When ordering any PPE face masks and other items, please ensure you are aware of our returns policy with these items.
